Order Status Definitions

  • Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way! A tracking number has been sent to your email.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered.
  • Backordered: One or more items are temporarily out of stock. We’ll ship your order as soon as all items are available.
