We want you (and your pets) to love every product from Furrently. If you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s how returns work:


Eligibility For Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Perishable items, opened food/treats, medications, or hygiene products cannot be returned
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at Help@furrently.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number and send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Package the items securely and drop off your return at any authorized carrier location.
  4. No restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is received for processing

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? We’re happy to process an exchange. Just contact us and we’ll make it easy.
