We want you (and your pets) to love every product from Furrently. If you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility For Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Perishable items, opened food/treats, medications, or hygiene products cannot be returned
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at Help@furrently.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number and send you a prepaid return label.
- Package the items securely and drop off your return at any authorized carrier location.
- No restocking fees will be applied.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
- Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is received for processing
